Richard, our founder and director, has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, covering main contracting, client side and property development roles.
Until establishing iPlan Projects, Richard was responsible for managing and leading the construction phase, handover and aftercare across multiple successful construction and development projects with a market leading, regional main contractor.
Richard and the team at iPlan Projects look forward to working with you and ensuring the successful delivery of your next construction project or supporting you to resolve your built environment challenge.
Geographically we cover the East Midlands, including The Peak District, Surrey and Sussex, with remote support offered from our iPlan Projects office to all other areas of the United Kingdom.
