On behalf of our client, iPlan Projects provided project planning and construction management services. Which included detailed project planning and programming for the delivery of construction works within a large fully operational commercial winery.
We worked closely and collaboratively with our client and their team to carefully plan the works to ensure the wine production processes were not affected by the construction activities.
